In conjunction with the Delaware Community Response Team and Face the Facts, Conexio Care and CORAS Wellness & Behavioral Health participated in an International Overdoes Awareness Day event at Canby Park on August 27th. This event served as a day of remembrance and education in observance of International Overdose Awareness Day and included speakers and testimonials, over 50 vendors and Overdoes Prevention Training. Paul Eric Palmer, Peer Specialist/ACT 1, Leakita Millner, Housing Specialist/ACT, and Maribel Rivera, Clinical Supervisor/ACT Teams of Conexio Care and CORAS Wellness & Behavioral Health, proudly represented and participated at this event in which they provided education and resources on how Conexio & CORAS are helping save lives in Delaware.
