Jason Smith brings more than twenty-three years of experience in direct services work, administration and oversight in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors working with individuals who have developmental disabilities, mental illness, and substance use disorders, as well as those experiencing homelessness. He has a proven track record of delivering high-quality, person-centered services and supports for individuals with complex physical, medical, and behavioral health needs.

Mr. Smith has spent the last 11 years with varying leadership roles and responsibilities under the Inperium, Inc. umbrella including Supportive Concepts for Families, Alvarium Healthcare and Apis Services. He had the opportunity to complete a multi-state organizational restructuring to focus on organizational efficiency while ensuring organic growth with several I/DD provider organizations (PA, DE, NJ). These companies (included Conexio IDS services) saw a significant financial turnaround that exceeded the corporate structures growth and headroom expectations, while ensuring quality service delivery and increased employee/client engagement.

Mr. Smith has utilized operational data, established best practices, and financial performance to drive decisions and performance standards across various levels of care. Though he has had a lot of success turning around struggling organizations, his primary focus remains to ensure the health/ safety and the positive therapeutic outcomes of all individuals Conexio Care supports.

Family still remains a priority. When not working, Mr. Smith enjoys watching sports and traveling the country in an RV with his wife, three college aged children and three dogs.
