Magan Aguilera is the Vice President of Program Operations. Magan began her career at Connections Community Support Programs, Inc. where she worked in various capacities to include residential services, day services, vocational and employment services, consultative and administrative services.

Magan oversees 24/7 residential habilitation programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as individuals who are dual diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness. Magan also provides oversight for the nursing and behavioral consultative services for individuals who are eligible to receive services from the Delaware Division of Developmental Disabilities Services. In her role, Magan has developed new homes and is working to develop new day programs throughout the state of Delaware.

Magan received her master’s degree in management with a concentration in Homeland Security from Wilmington University. Magan loves spending time with her husband and four children. In her spare time, Magan works to identify creative ways to develop partnerships within the community to strengthen the services Conexio Care, Inc. provides.
