Conexio provides overall coordination and monitoring of health care needs for service recipients statewide. Our Consultative Nurses provide oversight and monitoring of medication records and conduct necessary assessments of a service recipients’ health care needs. Conexio also provides behavioral services. Our Consultative Behavior Analysts develop Behavioral Support Plans for service recipients with significant behavioral issues. Our Behavior Analysts are responsible for the implementation of the Behavioral Support Plan and the training for staff supporting our individuals.
