Conexio Care has both Community Living Arrangements (CLA), where one to three people live together in a town house or apartment, and Neighborhood Homes (NH), which house up to three people in a single-family setting. As of July 2021, Conexio Care operates 14 homes in New Castle County and 11 homes in Kent County. Our residential program is designed to provide 24/7 long-term support to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Our professional staff provide tailored services to our individuals based on their unique needs/wants.
